The foundation of Shree Balaji Alumnicast (SBA) is rooted in a legacy of metal recycling, dating back over five decades. As one of India’s earliest adopters of scrap-based industrial practices, our forefathers recognized the value and future potential of automotive metal scrap—establishing a forward-thinking approach to resource recovery and sustainability long before it became an industry standard.

Building on this foundation, Mr. Sunil Kumar Aggarwal—inspired by the vision and principles of his predecessors—ventured into aluminium manufacturing. In the year 2000, he established SBA’s first production facility, marking the company’s entry into aluminium alloy manufacturing. What began as a small-scale venture has since evolved into one of India’s leading producers of recycled aluminium alloys, supporting a wide spectrum of industrial applications.
